Working/ Operating Principle of Twin Shaft Disperser Mixer
The Twin Shaft Disperser Mixer chiefly consists of a centrally located shaft fitted with a butterfly blade which moves and mixes the mass around the vessels. In a Twin Shaft Disperser Mixer, the process of dispersion is carried out by the centrally located shaft, and the low speed shaft is responsible for the mixing mechanism. A second variable speed disperser shaft with a cow less impeller blade operates in short intervals. The improvement of the door shaft and the connecting rod mechanism guarantees that the door’s angle is greater than 90 when opening and locked when closed with improved sealing and no leakage.
