Working/ Operating Principle of Bead Mill

In a Bead Mill, the dispersion system comprises a milling chamber and an agitator. The milling chamber is filled with the grinding beads materials like zircon oxide, glass, steel, etc. with the material product to be dispersed as bead mills use small grinding media to act against cells. A recirculation pump is provided for discharging the end product from the grinding chamber as it aids in faster and uniform attrition activity. A worm gear assembly attached to the tank permits the tank to be tilted as in this situation, the shaft and arms can be effortlessly detached and/or examined and the grinding media changed, if necessary. Bead mill tank has a ball discharge valve with a material media discharge chute at the bottom for easy removal of media. A water-cooled shelter with a floating Teflon seal reduces solvent loss.
